How Do I File for Unemployment Insurance?

The Division of Unemployment Insurance offers many services to the public and employers. Claiming by touch tone telephone service offers the public an easy way to check payment status and to make a claim. A service for employers has been developed whereby claims for unemployment insurance benefits can be filed electronically for certain mass layoffs. Electronic filing is a faster, and more efficient way to process mass claims.
